Tonight I decided to give a nod to my american friends and had a semi inspired vegan thanksgiving meal, I would like to add that this isn't what I'd normally do for a festive meal there would be a heck lot more veggies here this is just a tip of a hat to the festivities that are going on in the US.
Tonight I had Portebello mushrooms smothered in Tofutti Garlic & Herb Cheeze spread then covered with Redwood's Turkey Style Slices and Redwood's Mozzarella Cheeze. I also had 2 Goodlife Nut Cutlets, some cucumber, chips and eggless mayo with lemongrass.
