I've been making scrambled tofu for about a year now I got inspired after watching this video of how to make scrambled tofu, but I made it my own way I put a small amout of oil into a non-stick skillet with some vegan wostershire sauce I then drain the tofu you want to use a firm tofu for making scrambled tofu I then dry it out using some kitchen towel whilst I'm drying it I turn the heat on under the pan at full heat (I always use the small burner.) I then break the tofu up and put it in the pan to cook I then sprinkle some nutmeg on the tofu whilst it's cooking. Whilst the tofu is cooking I cut a piece of Redwood's Cheezly cheese mild white chedder about an inch thick and dice it into cubes, which I add to the pan after it's been cooking for about 5 - 10 minutes after anouther 5 minutes I add 1 small red pepper diced and a few minutes later vegan bacon I use Redwood's steaky cheatin' slices cut up into squares (I usually use between 3 and 3 1/2 pieces). I then pour some Nutritional yeast flakes into the pan give it a good stir and turn the heat down. I then place some bread into the toaster (between 2 - 3 slices) I tend to use soya and linseed bread.
Once the toast is cooked and marged with vegan butter I pour the scrambed on top and sprinkle some Parmazano Hard cheese replacer.
